Vintage Millinery Canvas Cloth Mannequin Head Wig Hat Block, number 50, on metal rim. Early to Mid century Hat block. On a clip to table, etc holder..turns fully around on stand, moves back and forth also. Possibly French. Stains to head, has been used until last year. Other than stains perfect condition..I think it is cloth on wood..nice heavy weight for millinery, wig making, etc. Not sure if stains would come out..however I never bothered to try as I think it adds to the character.
