Beautiful set of two vintage German porcelain collector plates from the "Hidden Treasures of the Forest" (Geheimnisse des Waldes) series. Designed by artist Helmut Meiner and produced by Carl Schumann Arzberg in Germany (dated 1991) The design is absolutely sublime. The wildflower, berry, and botanical illustrations really pop against the black background 17cm diameter each and both are ready to hang. Excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs.
