Description:
An unusual and great looking wall hanging vintage clock by Polaris with a mid century late deco look. It has a circular domed shape and case which is made from brass metal with a cream face which has Arabic numerals set within a circular black band. A brown and gold coloured fabric rope surrounds the case and runs vertically in twists to a loop with which to hang the clock from the wall. The mechanism is mechanical and is wound from the back and also has a speed tuning slider. It ticks away and works nicely. The clock measures about 14 cm in diameter and 5 cm thick. It will hang altogether at about 39 cm long with it's rope. The condition is very good and clean all round for its age without much tarnishing to the metal and the rope hanging is in excellent order.
