This brooch is very old, I think it’s possibly 1920s ish but I can’t be sure. I think the cameo is plastic but it’s very good so it *might* be shell, not 100% sure on this one because the back is closed. The back is showing age but it’s in fair condition and perfectly functional. It measures approx 4 x 3cm I recently bought a HUGE job lot of vintage jewellery.
